User Profiles Seniority

This Screen is used to define the seniority or grade for various users.

After selecting User Profile Seniority from the User ID Management module, User will land on the view screen where the following data will be visible for existing User profile Seniority or if a new seniority type is to be added the below details are displayed along with search option and add type button.

• User Profile Seniority Code
• User Profile Seniority Key
• Profile Seniority
• Status
• Actions (Edit, Delete)

The search criteria are as follows:

• User Profile Seniority Code
• User Profile Seniority Key
• Status

Add

To add a new Type, User can click on press the green “Add User Profile Seniority” button on the right, after which they will be redirected to the main screen where the following fields need to be filled and clicked on save button. If the user wants to cancel adding a classification, user can click on cancel. User views a pop-up saying “Are you sure you want to cancel. All unsaved data gets discarded” with yes/no option.

Profile Seniority	Here, User can input a numeric value depending upon the Seniority of the User profile	Mandatory	Numeric
Status	Status is to mention if this tenor type is active or inactive. If this is marked as inactive, then it will not appear in the Admin Panel>User id Management>User Profile> Field “ User Profile Seniority”	Mandatory	Dropdown

Edit

The user can edit the details of the relevant Seniority types by clicking on the edit icon under the actions tab on the view page. User views a pop-up saying “Are you sure you want to cancel. All unsaved data gets discarded” with yes/no option. User can click Yes to continue or No to cancel.

Delete

If the user wants to delete any user profiles, then the user can click on the delete icon under the actions tab. The user views a pop-up for confirmation “Are you sure you want to delete the location”.
